Suze is the Founder and Talent Director of Expert People Solutions (EPS) and Perfect Grace HR. She is a Chartered MCIPD HR Consultant and a prophetic voice committed to helping both individuals and organisations thrive. With over 15 years of experience spanning HR consulting, organisational strategy, and ministry leadership, Suze brings wisdom, clarity, and purpose into every space she serves. Across corporate and ministry spaces, Suze helps people and organisations unlock their God-given potential.​

Since 2019, Suze has served as Director of HR (via EPS) for Premier Christian Communications, leading people strategy at the executive level. She also continues to provide consulting to UK and international clients including Legendary Entertainment, NACS Technology, and SC Investment.

Her past work includes  project based HR leadership for:
PRS for Music, Saban Brands, Spotlight, Hostmaker, and HMS President as well as advisory support for Christian charities like RCC (River Church Canning Town).

 Prophetic Ministry

 

Alongside her consulting work, Suze is active in prophetic ministry leadership. She serves at River Church Canning Town (Elim), where she teaches, equips, and trains others in hearing God’s voice and stepping into their spiritual calling.

Trained by Glasgow Prophetic Alliance, she has led international ministry, including the “Prophetic Army Training” in Skopje, and continues to mentor individuals across both ministry and marketplace spheres.
